Dr. Anthony Waechter specializes in a full range of aesthetic medical services including: neurotoxins and dermal fillers, PDO threads and biostimulators as well as the most sophisticated laser procedures encompassing: laser-assisted lipolysis, non-surgical skin tightening, laser skin resurfacing, intense pulsed light, laser vein treatments and Morpheus8. He gives every patient personalized attention, and his expertise in anti-aging procedures ensures that patients are provided with advanced skin care solutions to treat their specific needs.
Dr. Waechter is a residency trained, board certified emergency medicine physician and he brings to his practice nearly 20 years of clinical experience. His diverse background and comprehensive aesthetic knowledge proves his commitment to patients embarking on a skin rejuvenation program. Under Dr. Waechter’s medical care, patients enhance the health of their skin and body, as well as achieve a more youthful appearance.
Dr. Waechter attended the University of Colorado for his undergraduate education, obtained his Medical Degree at the Chicago Medical School – Finch University of Health Sciences, Interned at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and attended Residency at the highly regarded Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Ariane Sanchez began her healthcare journey in 2012 as a certified nursing assistant, where she discovered the profound significance of compassion, patience, and empathy. Providing care in long-term facilities and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, she learned firsthand the value of human connection and meeting people's needs on both physical and emotional levels.
After graduating from Contra Costa College and the University of Phoenix, she transitioned to a registered nurse, working in Primary Care in Marin County. This role allowed her to refine her skills in communication, patient safety, and overall patient satisfaction.
In 2021, Ariane found her true passion in the aesthetic realm, where her healthcare background seamlessly merged with her love for beauty and wellness. Specializing in injectables, dermal fillers, laser facials, and skin tightening treatments, she offers personalized solutions that enhance appearances, boost confidence, and empower individuals.
Outside of work, Ariane enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, and staying updated on pop culture trends. This blend of experiences and passions enriches both her personal and professional life, allowing her to connect deeply with her clients and provide exceptional care.
Melissa Pabro - Leconte , RN

Melissa Pabro-Leconte, a dedicated Registered Nurse, boasts a decade-long career spanning from critical care units to blood donation centers. Her passion lies in fostering patient self-esteem and well-being, making her a standout in aesthetic and dermatology nursing.
Originally from the scenic Lake Geneva region in France, Melissa pursued nursing studies in Paris before venturing to the US as an au pair. Alongside her professional pursuits, she indulges in her love for travel and shares peaceful walks with her canine companion.
